Elle began her career at Belli Capelli over six years ago, following her graduation from the Aveda Institute.  Elle is known for her positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm.  This translates not only to a really great experience for her guests, but also to a real passion for continuing to learn and grow within this profession.  Elle is all about education!  Whether that takes her to Chicago, Las Vegas, New York, or here locally, Elle is always ready to add to her arsenal of technical ability, product knowledge, and experience!  As a Redken Certified Hair Colorist, her special love is coloring. Knowing how warm, cool and neutral tones accentuate a total, overall look, make Elle's services highly creative and individualized!  Elle is a Pureologist with Pureology and has extensive experience with Deva Curl, Sojourn and Moroccan Oil, which enables her to make strong product recommendations that help her guests know and understand what will give them the best results with their hair.  Elle sums it up this way:  " I love where I work, who I work for, and I love what I do!  I truly care about my clients and what the end results are for them as a result of coming to see me!"
